Dr. Curt Rehling attended veterinary school at Washington State University. After graduation, he stayed at WSU for a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery. Prior to pursuing specialty training in cardiology, Dr. Rehling worked in small animal general practice and emergency medicine for several years in the Pacific Northwest.
In 2012, Dr. Rehling started a cardiology residency with Rocky Mountain Veterinary Cardiology in Denver, CO. He completed his residency and became an ACVIM diplomate in 2015. He joined the cardiology service at SWFVS in August 2015. Dr. Rehling’s professional interests include interventional cardiology, heart failure therapy, and therapy of arrhythmias. He lives with a very special German Shorthaired Pointer, two Great Danes, and one kitty.
